Dr. Rose Molina is a board-certified obstetrician/gynecologist at The Dimock Center and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and an Instructor at Harvard Medical School. She is completing a Global Women’s Health Fellowship through the Connors Center for Women’s Health and Gender Biology at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. During her two-year fellowship, she is pursuing a Masters of Public Health in Clinical Effectiveness at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Dr. Molina currently works in Chiapas, Mexico as a Women's Health Advisor for Partners In Health/Compañeros En Salud, an organization she has worked with since 2008. Her fellowship project aims to improve the quality of care around childbirth through implementing an adapted Safe Childbirth Checklist in a rural community hospital. 

Dr. Molina is also a research fellow working with the Delivery Decisions Initiative at Ariadne Labs under the mentorship of Dr. Neel Shah. Dr. Molina’s previous research has focused on a variety of women’s health challenges such as: TB screening during prenatal care, cervical cancer screening in Guatemala, and physiologic predictors of peripartum maternal bacteremia. Her current advocacy interest is improving access to health care for undocumented immigrants in the United States. After completing the fellowship, Dr. Molina plans to bridge her interests in global and community health by working as a clinician, researcher, and educator to advocate for women in underserved areas.
