Winter Institute
About This Program
Registration for the 2025 Winter Institute will open in early October.
The Winter Institute is an opportunity both for part-time degree candidates and non-degree seeking students alike. Courses cover several public health disciplines including biostatistics, epidemiology, international health, environmental health sciences, molecular microbiology and immunology, health policy and management, and reproductive health.
The 2025 Winter Institute will be held January 2 - 17, 2025. Registration for courses will be possible from October 7, 2024 to January 3, 2025 (the registration closing date is subject to change). However, after this date, it is still possible for students to add (or drop) courses.
Degree-seeking students who miss the registration deadline and the add/drop deadline below cannot use SIS to register and must request assistance from the Office of Student Enrollment and Account Management (SEAM). Students who are not enrolled in a degree program at Johns Hopkins University and/or students who wish to register not for academic credit should continue to reach out to bsph.cess@jhu.edu for assistance with their registration.
All students attending onsite courses will need to comply with JHU's influenza vaccination requirements.
