Constance R. Caplan is chair of The Time Group/Washington Place Management, a real estate and management company in Baltimore, Maryland. Ms. Caplan received her bachelor of arts degree in American Civilization from Goucher College and a master’s degree in political science from Johns Hopkins University. She is a trustee emeritus of the University, and a member of the boards of directors of Johns Hopkins Medicine, Downtown Partnership, the Baltimore Symphony, and the founder and chair of the Mount Vernon Cultural District in Baltimore. In Washington, D.C., she is a member of the Executive Committee of the Hirshhorn Museum and in New York, a member of the board of DIA Foundation.
