Description
OHN Prep is designed to prepare occupational health nurses planning to take the American Board for Occupational Health Nursing Certification (ABOHN) examination: COHN or COHN-S. Others interested in a comprehensive review of occupational health nursing may also benefit from enrolling.
This course was created by experts in occupational health nursing who have extensive experience in teaching graduate students and professionals. The OHN Prep course is self-paced and entirely online.

Optional Test Practice Package
We have partnered with DataChem to provide discounted rates for their COHN-Sprep V4.2 or COHNprep V4.0 packages. These optional test practice packages include over 1,000 questions and problems with answers and detailed explanations.

Mary Doyle, MPH, RN, COHN-S/CM, is the Deputy Director and Continuing Education Director for the Johns Hopkins Education and Research Center for Occupational Safety and Health.

Roberta Smith, MSPH, RN, CIC, COHN-S, has more than 20 years of experience in infection prevention, occupational health, and industrial hygiene.

Lori Szczukowski, BSN, MD, practiced medicine for more than 34 years. During her career, she practiced internal medicine for 15 years. Then, 19 years of her career were spent working in occupational medicine. During that times, she helped establish and run hearing conservation programs.

Elise Handelman, MS, RN, is a recognized occupational health nurse specialist. She served nearly 20 years at OSHA as the Director of the Office of Occupational Health Nursing.

Joshua Scott, PhD, MS, served as the associate director of education for the Center for Health, Work & Environment and assistant professor in the Colorado School of Public Health from 2015-2019.

Kathleen (Kitty) Q. Nalewaik, CRNP, MSN, is a guest speaker for Johns Hopkins Schools of Public Health & Nursing, and a Contracting Senior Nurse Practitioner with Business Health Services in Baltimore, Maryland.

Maureen Cadorette, PhD, MPH, BSN, is the Director of the Occupational and Environmental Nursing Program, part of the Johns Hopkins Education and Research Center for Occupational Safety and Health.

Cynthia Elwood, BS, PhD, CIH, is the owner and Principal Industrial Hygienist at Associates in Occupational + Environmental Health, an industrial hygiene and safety consulting firm, providing consulting services for more than 30 years.
