Overview
Saki is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Epidemiology. She is broadly interested in developing mathematical and statistical models, closely linked to empirical data, to understand how immunity shapes the risk, burden, and spread of infectious diseases, and to harness these insights to inform public health interventions. Her research program draws from disciplines across the biological and social sciences, and she works on a variety of pathogens including measles, enteroviruses, dengue, malaria, and SARS-CoV-2.
