Overview
I am a public health practitioner working in partnership with Indigenous communities to increase utilization of public health programs and resources. I am trained in social and behavioral health and health communication and draw from my experience working in direct service. I joined the Center for Indigenous Health in 2021 working with Wise Practices and health communication. In addition to these projects, I also contribute to dissemination of the Family Spirit Home Visiting Program and building Indigenous cancer prevention strategies. My work focuses around sharing evidence-based and culturally specific interventions and resources to promote wellbeing and health equity specifically for Native people.
