Overview
My research largely focuses on characterizing correlates of HIV, risk behaviors, and service utilization and how to optimize HIV prevention, care, and treatment for key or at-risk populations in India such as people who inject drugs and men who have sex with men. I also work on research examining how best to deliver treatment for hepatitis C for people who inject drugs. Additional areas of expertise include respondent-driven sampling, monitoring and evaluation of HIV-related service delivery activities, behavioral survey development, and design of electronic databases for epidemiological research.
