Experiences & Accomplishments
Pamala Martin, MBA is the Administrator of the Department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health (PFRH) at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (BSPH). She has over two decades of academic and clinical finance and operations experience. She has also performed in concurrent roles as the Director of Finance and Administration for the Berman Institute of Bioethics and as Administrator for the Department of Epidemiology and the Department of Health, Behavior and Society. Relevant skills include sponsored project management, strategic planning, financial management, facilities management, capital planning and human resources. Ms. Martin also is a trained mediator and has a Six Sigma green belt. An Associate faculty in PFRH, she currently teaches a course in Creating, Implementing and Monitoring Budgets for BSPH. She has led numerous capacity building workshops with community leaders as well as facilitated sessions with the Bunting Neighborhood Leadership Development Program. Before joining Hopkins, Ms. Martin served as clinical administrator for St. Agnes Healthcare where she had responsibility for both outpatient and inpatient services, as well as the outpatient pharmacy.
