Overview
Dr. Frey serve as the Director of the BSPH Institutional Review Board. Her research is primarily related to orthopaedic trauma and recovery. She is the Associate Director for Protocol Development and Implementation of the Major Extremity Trauma Research Consortium and an Associate Scientist in the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (JHSPH), Department of Health Policy and Management. Dr. Frey is a doctorally prepared nurse with extensive experience and expertise in coordinating multi-center interdisciplinary research studies, including the National Study on Costs and Outcomes of Trauma Care and the Prevent Clot Study. Her specific research interests include implementation science and trauma outcomes, in addition to improving the quality of health care.
