Experiences & Accomplishments
My research interests include measuring and monitoring coverage of maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) interventions, mortality, and causes of death, assessing socio-economic inequalities in MNCH as well as social and behavioral determinants of fertility and family planning. I am particularly interested in the implementation of mortality and causes of death surveillance systems and the effectiveness evaluation of large-scale MNCH programs in low-income countries.
