Stacey DiLorenzo Joins the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health as Senior Director of Communications

Stacey DiLorenzo is joining the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health as senior director of communications. Starting April 1, DiLorenzo will lead the Bloomberg School’s marketing and strategic communications, as well as oversee the day-to-day operations of the School’s publications, media relations and web design teams.

Prior to joining the Bloomberg School, DiLorenzo worked for Maryland Public Television as managing director of local corporate support and marketing. Previous to that, DiLorenzo spent 13 years at Discovery Communications in a variety of positions including executive creative director and vice president of marketing for the TLC and Discovery Home networks.  She has also worked as a marketing and creative consultant to BBC America, NBC-4, McCormick Spice, PBS and the American Lung Association of Washington, D.C. She also worked as a writer and producer of documentary programming.

DiLorenzo is a magna cum laude graduate of Boston University and earned a master’s degree in Radio, Television and Film from the University of Maryland.

Founded in 1916 as part of the Johns Hopkins University, the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health is a leading international authority on public health.
