Faculty and students sample foods at Veg Out Contest.
The Center for a Livable Future at the Bloomberg School of Public Health sponsored its first annual “Veg Out Cook-Off” on October 25. Faculty, students and staff were invited to submit their favorite healthy vegetarian recipes. The contest was an opportunity to encourage more people to think about healthy eating and to create greater awareness about how healthy, meatless foods can be nutritious and delicious. The tastiest entries were awarded by a panel of judges.
