Policy Engagement

Making effective (or SOUND) policy involves engaging with key audiences, including the public, policymakers, decison-makers to ensure policies being advanced are evidence-based. IHSP reseachers support the policy process by translating their research to inform policy development and implementation, providing expert testimony as bills are debated, and serving as a resource for policymakers, organizations, and community members.
