April 28, 2022 – The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security has added a new tool to its COVID-19 Testing Toolkit, which will help answer users’ frequent questions about COVID-19 testing.

Within the new FAQs tool, users can browse questions by topic area or keyword. Currently, there are 8 topic areas, including school, travel, work, and events/gatherings. Answers include information about general testing and suggestions for specific situations, such as recently testing positive or recently being exposed to COVID-19.

“We continue to rely on COVID-19 testing to help inform individual and organizations’ risk-reducing strategies during this pandemic,” said Dr. Gigi Gronvall, senior scholar at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security and associate professor in the Department of Environmental Health and Engineering at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. “We are excited to share the Testing Toolkit FAQs, a new resource that will help users find answers to their most urgent COVID-19 testing questions.”

The COVID-19 Testing Toolkit FAQs are part of the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security COVID-19 Testing Toolkit. In its second year, the Toolkit continues to provide essential information on testing to companies, individuals, and US policymakers in one trusted place.

This project is funded by Lyda Hill Philanthropies and the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation.
